The 17th of May Seattle luncheon is a unique gala event that happens only once a year.

11:30 a.m. check-in

12 p.m. – 2 p.m.



Balsamic Roasted Pear Salad:

Sweet, smokey Bosc pear, candied walnuts, gorgonzola, and a lemon-maple vinaigrette, served one a bed of: romaine, frisee, radicchio, and butter lettuce 

Macrina Guiseppe Roll


Nordic Poached Salmon:

Nordic salmon poached in court bouillon served with lemon and a dill sour cream sauce

Vegan Meatless Norwegian Kjøttkaker: 

House-made vegan ‘meat’balls served with a vegan mushroom gravy and lingonberries 


Pickled Cucumber Salad:

Thinly sliced cucumber with white wine vinegar, white pepper, and fresh dill 

Olson Farm Potatoes:

Olson Farm potatoes, tossed with olive oil, poached leeks, seasoned with salt and pepper



Trifle with white sponge cake, layered with whipped cream, raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries

Berries and Cream (Gluten-free, Vegan):  

Mixed berries, tossed with mint syrup and topped with non-dairy whipped cream 

This gourmet feast was catered by Seattle’s On Safari Foods, putting the world on your plate.
